Meet the Team
Tony Weeks hails from the green fields of Swanley, Kent. With a BSc in Software Engineering, Tony started life in the IT industry 16 years ago, working alone on a busy helpdesk. Building his way up through the ranks, he decided to go it alone in 2008 and founded Apponotec Limited. The rest, as they say, is history.
When not working, Tony spends most of his time with his wife and two children, enjoying long walks together or snuggling down in front of a family movie. He also tries to keep fit with regular sports, and not always so regular gym visits. In 2016 he ran his first half-marathon, and plans to do the same in 2017.
Accounts / Admin Manager
Victoria Weeks was born and raised in Swanley, with it always being classed as ‘home’. Having worked in an admin & accounts role since graduating from Orpington college, including a few years spent looking after Royalty, Victoria took over at Apponotec in 2010 and hasn’t looked back.
Whilst spare time is in short supply, what with two young children keeping her very active (she wouldn’t have it any other way), Victoria likes to keep up her fitness with lots of netball, running, pilates and HIIT classes, as well as plenty of walking – whether it be the dogs, the kids, or just by herself to find a tiny bit of peace.
I.T Engineer / Operations
Ollie Hill is from a small village whose location is unknown to most unless you refer to it as ‘next to Gatwick Airport’. He studied Business Information Systems at University in the colourful city of Brighton, whilst working part time in Customer service at that recognised international piece of tarmac. After successfully navigating his way through education, he moved into his current role for Apponotec as an IT and Ops Engineer. There he discovered his love for quality documentation and tech (who knew!?).
In his spare time, he enjoys following his favourite football team over land and sea. He also likes to think he’s a regular at his local gym (although his physique will tell you differently) and spending time outdoors with his two dogs.
Richard Griffiths lives in the sunny town of Dartford, Kent. He has always had a passion for IT since he was bought a BBC Micro computer for his birthday in the early 80’s. He has a history of customer service based roles, then working freelance for Apponotec lead to his current position as an I.T Engineer.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children, advancing his Martial Arts which he has practiced for over 20 years (so you know who will be knocking when your payments are late!) and spending hours upon hours playing around with his home network and home automation gadgets.
